Services

The goal of hospice palliative care is to improve the quality of life at the end of life. We provide a complete range of support services to people living with life threatening illnesses and to their loved ones. There are no costs for Palliative Care Services. Services include:
  • Care for client and families/caregivers well being
  • Be a direct link with medical staff
  • Advocate for the best possible pain and symptom management
  • Trained staff and volunteer visitors
  • Respite support that gives caregivers relief from their day to day tasks
  • Listeners who are not afraid to hear or talk about dying
  • On going support from first diagnosis to bereavement support after the death of a loved one
  • Service is available in private homes, hospitals, nursing homes
