The death of loved ones is a traumatic experience for those left to grieve the loss.
It is a scary and lonely experience. Many issues that arise become monumental increasing stress levels and prolonging the grief journey. Bereavement support acknowledges that all that is happening to you is normal, you are not alone, and you are no different from others who are journeying through grief. Bereavement support gives you permission to greive in your own time and your own way.Our library has many books and videos pertaining to palliative / hospice care, grief and bereavement resources for all ages - children, teenagers, and adults
