Integration Process Complete

December 16th saw the launch of the new Community Care Northumberland – Hospice Services as former PCC staff and volunteers and their Hospice Northumberland Lakeshore colleagues take on new roles and continue to provide vital hospice services to the residents of Northumberland County. Integration with CCN means that Palliative and Bereavement clients and families will have access to a wider range of support services and ensure that local hospice services continue to be available throughout Northumberland County including Campbellford, Brighton, Cobourg, Colborne, Hastings and Port Hope.


Palliative Care Campbellford board chairman Jim Scott turns over the keys to the hospice offices to Community Care Northumberland board chairman Mac Patterson and Community Care Northumberland executive director Trish Baird to mark the integration of hospice services into Community Car Northumberland.
